The frequency of grooming depends on your dog's breed, coat type, length, & lifestyle. Generally, dogs should be groomed every 4 to 8 weeks.

Prices vary based on your dog’s breed, size, coat condition, and selected services. Please contact us or check our price list for estimates. We’re happy to give a quote before starting! Please go to our GROOMING tab and select the BOOK button to take you to our pricing and booking page.

 Most appointments take 2–4 hours, depending on your dog’s size, coat, and behavior. We’ll give you an estimated pick-up time when you drop off your dog and notify you when they're ready. 

We only groom dogs, but we do offer nail trimming services for rabbits, guinea pigs, and cats!

Appointments are recommended to ensure availability. We may accept walk-ins for small services like nail trims or quick baths, depending on the day’s schedule. 

We discourage owners from watching during grooming sessions for several reasons, primarily centered around the safety and comfort of the dog and the groomer's ability to work effectively. Distractions, anxiety, and potential safety hazards can arise when owners are present. Owners are welcome to wait in the lobby or on the property.

 We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. This helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to half the price of the groom. Discretion will be used in the case of inclement weather or emergencies.
