A 20% deposit of your stay will be collected at the time of booking using the card on file. This deposit will be applied toward your total bill and reserves your dog’s room. In the event of a last minute cancellation, we reserve the right to keep your deposit at our discretion.
Drop-off and pick-up are by appointment only (8:00 AM–6:30 PM). Please let us know ASAP if you need to adjust your time or dates. Pick-ups after noon are subject to an extra night’s charge.
There will be a surcharge of $5 per pet per night during peak holiday dates, complete list of upcoming dates listed on our events page.
For hygiene reasons, outside bedding is not permitted. We provide a comfy raised cot and cozy blankets. You may bring a few toys, pre-packaged daily food, your pup's favorite treats and any required medications.
Required vaccines: Distemper, Rabies, and Bordetella. Proof must be submitted prior to your pet’s stay via email (barkhaveniowa@gmail.com), text 402-676-2290, or upload to your pet’s booking profile.
Please send enough of your pet’s food to last their entire stay, packed in labeled gallon-sized freezer bags or your own container.
House food is available for an additional daily fee. If your dog runs out of food while staying with us, they will be switched to house food and the charge will be added to your bill.
