Return and Refund Policy

 At Bark Haven, we want every customer—and their pets—to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you're not happy with an item bought in-store, we’re here to help.

Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.
   
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
   
• Perishable items (such as treats, chews, or supplements) and any opened items are non-returnable, unless defective.
   

Refunds:

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
   

Exchanges:

• We’re happy to exchange defective products. Please bring the item and receipt back to the store within 48 hours of purchase.
