Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
- Perishable items (such as treats, chews, or supplements) and any opened items are non-returnable, unless defective.
Refunds:
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
Exchanges:
- We’re happy to exchange defective products. Please bring the item and receipt back to the store within 48 hours of purchase.
