Please Arrive On Time: Arriving more than 15-minutes late may result in a shortened session or cancellation by Bark Haven staff depending on availability or during peak hours or peak days.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU WASH
To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone, please review the following rules :
- Pet Supervision Required: Owners must remain with their pets at all times. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and may not handle dogs without supervision.
- One Dog per Station: For safety and space, please wash one dog per station at a time.
- Aggressive Dogs Not Permitted: If your dog has a history of aggression or cannot be safely managed in a public space, please consult our staff before booking or entering. These pets may need professional assistance.
- Vaccinations Required: All dogs must be current on rabies and core vaccinations (DHLPP/distemper). Proof may be requested.
- Health & Safety: Dogs with open wounds, fleas/ticks, or contagious conditions are not permitted to use the facility. If fleas or ticks are found after the wash has started please notify staff via the call button in the room so we may assist.
- Dryer Use Caution: High-velocity dryers are available to dry your dog. Use at your own risk and monitor your dog’s comfort level closely. Happy hoodies are provided to put over dog's ears to diminish noise and discomfort.
- No Outside Equipment: Please use the shampoo, brushes, and tools provided, or ask staff if you wish to bring your own. Prescription shampoos are permitted. Cutting of hair will not be permitted in the self-wash room.
- Time Limit: Self-serve wash sessions are limited to 45-minutes unless otherwise booked for two sessions for washers who need more time or have multiple dogs.
- Staff Assistance: Our staff is here to help with instructions or questions, but we do not assist in handling or washing dogs in the self-serve area.
- Grooming Services Available: Want the full spa treatment? Ask about our professional grooming services!
- Damage Policy: Customers are responsible for any damage caused by their pets or misuse of equipment, unruly pets may not be best suited for the self-wash.
